With the powerful MTA report generator, you can create nearly 60 types of dynamic reports on the fly, grouped and sorted for the specific data you need to monitor and track real estate offices, agents and title companies. You can output reports by territory, office or agent.
All MTA reports are run on a county basis using zip codes from that county. The zip codes are used to create custom sales territories for your sales associates or just a geographical territory.
Using an inverted pyramid approach, you can drill down from a zip code territory with large summarized statistical information to selecting one specific office from within that territory to choosing one particular real estate agent from within that office.
All reports give the ability to view statistical information on an Overall resale transaction level as well as buy-side-only or list-side-only transaction level. Buy-side and List-side are important because you’ll know which agents are more likely to direct the business in your county which can assist your sales team to better Target Market the right agent.
MTA will also allow you to group reports dynamically to give multiple looks of the same data. Grouping varies from one report to another, but most reports can group by city, zip code, office and in some cases title companies.
Sorting is static in MTA and does differ from one version to another. For example, the Title Company version determines the priority of Top Agents by building in a projected fee for each real estate transaction. Viewing Top Agents based on fees generated instead of number of transactions or sales volume, will reveal which agents could bring more revenue to your company. Remember, “Work Smarter Not Harder.” The agents who win the broker office “Silver Plate” or “Top Producing” awards may not be able to direct business to you, and in the end only the agents who can bring you transactions are the right customers to target.
