A La Carte

Reports can be purchased on an individual basis through A La Carte. These reports are available in many counties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and now Texas.

A La Carte reports can be customized to your search request, which will allow for…

  • Selecting the number of Agent Leads you wish to return in your report (costs are by unit or leads and now you can tailor your report to your budget)
  • Specific date ranges.
  • Sort by either projected lender fees, commission $, sales vol. $, # of transactions.
  • Ability to search by county, city, zip code or real estate office.
  • Output your reports to a PDF file, an XLS spreadsheet, or both.

    • Emerging Markets reports: Identify various Emerging Markets by surnames so you now have access to an extremely valuable resource that enables you to tap into a growing market. These reports will show the best producing agents in their respected Emerging Markets. Either Hispanic or Asian surnames are available. Availability differs from county to county.
    • TOPs reports: View the top producing agent or office in your desired market area. These reports availability vary from county to county, but can be run based on the top agent or office by title fees, lender fees, real estate commissions earned, transactions or sales volume.
    • Agent/Office Profile reports: Profiles are our most detailed reports, showing you each transaction for a real estate agent or office. The research format is chronological and specifies which lender closed the deal. You’ll know whether a particular agent or office is loyal to one company or if they split their transactions among multiple companies. You can easily identify which agents may be more likely to give your company a try and which may require more effort. The profile report can also be used to monitor your existing customers, verifying their loyalty. This “trust but verify” capability allows you to recognize shifts in customer loyalty, giving you the opportunity to save a relationship before it’s lost. This is real estate market research you can use!
    • Price Tiering reports: (Two type of reports)
      • Overall Sales Volume $: This report will show who are the agents that are transacting the highest sales volume $ and can limit that dollar amount to only show a specific amount. (Ex: It can show just the agents who have transacted 3 million dollars of sales and above, etc.)
      • Echelon Transactions: Only shows agents that have performed transactions at a certain price (Note: this is not a cumulative amount but actual individual transactions that were over a specific price). These agents are certainly in a different echelon and marketing to them may mean a different approach.
